“Buyers” shall mean registered medical practitioners, retailers, wholesale entity and medical institutions that buy or purchase the products from the website (defined hereinafter).
The domain name dentalonlinestore.in (hereinafter referred to as “Website”) is owned by Just Dental Healthcare Private Limited a company incorporated under the #20/3, Kaushik Plaza, 80 feet Road, KHB Colony Basaveshwara nagar, Near Pavithra Paradise Bangalore – 560079, Karnataka, India (hereinafter referred to as “Just Dental”).
When you use the website or send emails or other data information or communicate to us, you agree and understand that you are communicating with us through electronic records and you consent to receive communications via electronic records from us periodically as and when required. We may communicate with you by email or by such other mode of communication, electronic or otherwise. You further agree to receive transactional sms and emails from us, with updates about your transactions.

Just Dental provides a number of internet-based services through the website (all such services, collectively, the “Service(s)”). One such service enables Buyer to purchase clinical supplies such as face masks, gloves, dental composites, orthodontic products, oral care products, and other dental, healthcare and clinical requirement products produced by various manufacturers. The Products can be purchased through the website through various methods of payments offered such as online payment through, Bank Transfer through NEFT / Bank Deposit , Cash on Delivery and Online Payments through Credit Card/Debit Card/ Card-Based EMI / Net Banking.
The sale/purchase of products shall be additionally governed by specific policies like Cancellation and Refunds Policy, Shipping Policy, Payments Policy, etc., and all of which are incorporated here by reference. In addition, these terms and policies may be further supplemented by product specific conditions, which may be displayed on the web page of that product.
Replacement is the action or process of replacing something in place of another. A buyer can request for replacement whenever he is not happy with the item, reason being Damaged in shipping, Defective item, Item(s) missing, wrong item shipped.
Points to be noted:
Seller can always accept the return irrespective of the policy.
. If Seller disagrees for a return request, Buyer can file a dispute under Buyer Protection Program*.
Buyer needs to raise the replacement request within the return period applicable to the respective product. Once the buyer has raised a replacement request by contacting us on the Number provided on the website. Once the replacement request has been raised, the following steps shall be followed:
Buyer is asked for “Reason for Return”. Among others, the following are the leading reasons:
- Shipping was damaged.
- Item was defective.
- Item dead on arrival.
- Item(s) were missing.
- Wrong item sent.
- This intimation shall be provided to seller seeking either “approval” or “rejection” of the replacement request.
